How I Became a Pain-Free Athlete

I wrote my own program. And you can, too.

I had all the good stuff–knee pain, shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis, nerve pain in my hips.

After six years of following someone else's programming, thinking it would make me the best athlete I could be, I decided the pain wasn't worth the price. The time it took to "manage" my pain with stretching, rolling, accessory work, prehab blah blah blah… kept adding up to less and less time and joy that should have been spent on my son and my dogs.

When I decided to prioritize pain-free walks with my family over everything else, I realized I had to drop my ego and acknowledge the elephant in the gym–blanket programming had stopped serving me a long time ago.

I knew the real solution was to write the program I wish someone had already written but that nobody else could write but me, because nobody else knew my body better than me. Then it became crystal clear: I needed a template, not a program.

If you've ever felt frustrated, stuck, or like the programs you've tried just weren't made for you, I want you to know there's another way.

This isn't about writing the perfect program. It's about REwriting your own rules so that strength AND joy are available to you, day after day.

In this free guide, I break down the framework that helped me make the shift from doing what I thought I SHOULD do, to doing what my body NEEDED me to do, and I bet you're readt to be set free, too.

Because of this structure, I still feel strong, I still feel athletic, and I still feel like a badass mom. But you know what I don't feel? Pain.
